Prleška tünka is served in the following way:
Remove the foil and separate meet and minced lard. Cut the meat onto thin slices. Shape a larger ball from the minced lard and place the meat slices around it.
This method is also suitable for a self – service degustation, catering or event, where the visitors prepare the product for themselves.
Prleška tünka can also be served in the form of little canapé breads:
Slice bread onto smaller pieces. First spread the minced lard onto it, then place slices of meat onto the lard. Pickles may be served on the side.
