Prleška tünka may be bought or tasted at its manufacturer locations, in retail chains or selected guesthouses, restaurants and hotels.
Prleška tünka is sold in various sales forms. The most common is vacuum packed, where the meat and the minced lard are packed together. This enables further maturing of the product which, with proper storage, continues to gain quality. The sizes of packaging are between approximately 400 g and up to 1000 g. For special occasions, the packaging may be adjusted according to the purpose and occasion, when the product will be served.
Certified products are marked with logos and their packaging contain other data and trademarks of the manufacturers.
The product is suitable for sale in retail, gastronomy or, as a specialty, at feasts and in event catering. Packed product should be stored in cooling cabinets, while the served products should not be exposed to the sun. In the case of a feast or an event with catering, it is recommended to serve the meat and the minced lard separately, whereby minced lard should be placed on a plate with ice underneath it. Thus it will maintain its consistency for a longer time. We also offer the guests an opportunity to choose for themselves how much meat and how much lard they will put on bread.
